 Directions to Boat from the Bourne Bridge:  

Ÿ Head to Cape Cod - go to Bourne Bridge. 

Ÿ After crossing Cape Cod Canal over Bourne Bridge, take Route # 28 South (second branch off of rotary) and proceed 4 miles to the Otis Rotary (2nd rotary after bridge).

Ÿ At Otis Rotary, take first right (branch) “Route 28A Shore Road” Cataumet.

Ÿ After exit, take left at light onto Route 28A.

Ÿ Follow Route 28A, 1/4 mile.  Take right onto Long Hill Road at green sign for “Cataumet Village“.

Ÿ At stop sign, take a left onto County Road.

Ÿ Proceed on County Road 1/2 mile to Red Brook Harbor Road.

Ÿ Take right onto Red Brook Harbor Road: proceed to stop sign.

Ÿ At stop sign, take right onto Shore Road. Go past small pond on right and proceed under Railroad Bridge.  Immediately after Railroad Bridge, take left onto Shipyard Lane.  You are at Kingman Yacht Center. 

Ÿ Follow Shipyard Lane to end and find available parking. 

Ÿ Walk past shops and the Chart Room Restaurant to gangplank.

Ÿ Lemke-Ann Charters is docked in the first set of front docks to the right of the gangplank, Slip #520, approx. halfway down the dock.      

Directions to Boat from the Mashpee Rotary:

Ÿ From Route 28 at the Mashpee Rotary (at Mashpee Commons), follow Route 151.

Ÿ You will proceed along Route 151 until the junction of Route 28A, approximately 8 miles. As you proceed along Route 151 you will drive past several “landmarks”: Dino’s, Andy’s Market, and the Barnstable County Fairgrounds.  There is a traffic light at Old Sandwich Road: continue along Route 151.  You will drive past the entrance for Ballymeade Country Club.  Continue past the exits for Route 28.  At Jillian’s Restaurant and the Falmouth House of Pizza, you will reach another traffic light at Route 28A: take a right onto Route 28A North.

Ÿ Continue on Route 28A North for about 1 mile.  Just past Cataumet Gardens on the right, there is a blinking yellow light and a fork in the road.  Go left following the fork in the road and signs for Cataumet and Pocasset.  This is County Road.    

Ÿ Proceed on County Road 1 mile to Shore Road.  Look for a brown wooden sign for Kingman Yacht Center and Parkers Boat Yard.

Ÿ Take right onto Shore Road.

Ÿ On Shore Road you will go past a small pond on right.  Proceed along under a Railroad Bridge.  Immediately after Railroad Bridge, take left onto Shipyard Lane.  You are at Kingman Yacht Center. 

Ÿ Follow Shipyard Lane to end and find available parking. 

Ÿ Walk past shops and the Chart Room Restaurant to gangplank.
